2. Clean the exhaust fan and chimney regularly to keep them clean.

First, use a brush to remove dust from the heatsink, then use a high‑pressure air gun to clean the water inlet. Finally, before use, pour the air conditioner radiator cleaning solution onto the radiator to clean it, then rinse with water and dry.
4. The mechanical transmission components of the equipment require lubrication once a month.
Maintenance rules for the mechanical transmission components of equipment: The mechanical transmission system includes timing pulleys, bearings, idler wheels, polishing rods, and more. The primary components requiring lubrication are the bearings. The synchronous wheel, sliding wheel, and polishing rod should be rust‑proofed, and lubricating oil should be applied and the connecting bearings cleaned once a month.
5. The circulating water needs to be replaced once a week.
Circulating Water Maintenance Rules: Circulating water is primarily used to dissipate heat from the laser tube, directly affecting the laser tube’s power and service life. The circulating water must be pure water. This type of water makes it harder for scale to form on the laser tube walls. When the water becomes cloudy, the circulating water must be replaced.
