The laser spot output is extremely small, with excellent beam quality; the engraving speed on internal crystal surfaces and material surfaces is exceptionally high. The beam quality is superb, the laser output boasts high stability, and the marking results are easy to fine‑tune. It is ideally suited for marking applications that demand extremely high precision, such as intricate graphics and text.

Customers have a variety of options, with models available in 5W, 10W, 20W, 30W, and 50W. Two enclosure styles are offered: cabinet-style and fully enclosed.

The 3D laser crystal engraving machine is easy to maintain, and its laser alignment technology and closed-loop control system enable 24-hour continuous operation.
• High degree of automation
This device boasts excellent operational stability and, with its control software, is compatible with outputs from a variety of applications including AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, and Photoshop. It can automatically arrange and modify text characters, graphics, images, barcodes, QR codes, and serial numbers with automatic incrementing, while supporting multiple file formats such as PLT, DXF, BMP, and JPG—and it can directly utilize TTF font libraries.
• Application Industry
Suitable for surface engraving on glass and crystal products, such as mobile phone screens, LCD displays, optical components, automotive glass, and more. It can also be used for surface processing of the vast majority of metal and non‑metal materials, as well as for the fabrication of coated thin films. Applications include hardware, ceramics, eyewear and timepieces, PC materials, electronic components, various instruments, PCB boards and control panels, nameplates and display panels, silicon wafer dicing; marking and scribing on glass and ceramics; and etching of thin-film solar cells made from plastics and other materials.
