    Pneumatic Chuck–Enhanced Design


    The dual pneumatic clamping design ensures convenient and effortless installation with no wear or tear, guaranteeing smooth material feeding and precise cutting. The automatic centering feature makes it suitable for various pipe materials, automatically adjusting the pressure according to different pipe diameters and wall thicknesses. This results in stable cutting with high precision; the chuck boasts a high rotational speed, boosting machining efficiency by 300% compared to electric chucks.

     

     

    • Square Tube Welded Bed Frame  


    The internal structure adopts an aircraft-grade metal honeycomb design. It is constructed by welding multiple sections of square tubing together, with reinforcing ribs installed inside the tubes to enhance the bed’s strength and tensile resistance, while also improving the tensile strength and stability of the guide rail surfaces. High‑temperature annealing is performed to eliminate stresses generated during welding and machining, reducing wear and tear on the laser cutting machine during operation and ensuring that it remains deformation‑free over 30 years of use.
