Laser Repair Maintenance methods:
1 ) Check whether the laser head’s cooling water pipes are corroded. If corrosion is present, address it or replace the pipes promptly.
2 ) Check whether the excitation power oil tank is leaking.
3 ) Check whether the high‑voltage cable is damaged.
4 ) Inspect and clean the interior of the laser cavity and all lenses, including the front window mirror, rear mirror, reflector, and others.
5 ) After cleaning the internal lens of the laser, the laser’s light output mode should be readjusted until the correct mode is achieved.
6 ) Replace the vacuum pump oil.
7 ) Replace the roots pump oil.
8 ) Carefully tighten all screw plugs to ensure the airtightness of the Roots pump.
9 ) There is a white plastic plug on the gas manifold at the outlet of the Roots pump. Clean the plug and apply a thin layer of silicone grease to its inner surface. The purpose of this silicone grease is to absorb and capture physical impurities present in the laser cycle gas. (Use only high-vacuum grease that does not contain organosilicon, and apply an extremely thin layer.)
